It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. The relaxation massage can be done with or without aromatherapy oils leave you feeling soothed and relaxed.

Aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue, through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, Deep Tissue Massage usually focuses on more specific areas it is both corrective and therapeutic. Triggerpoint & Myofascial release are techniques that are often used in our deep tissue massage.
Pregnancy Massage at no extra cost | 30min $35 | 60min $60 | 75min $75 | 90min $90 | Special positioning and cushions are used to accommodate baby and increase security for mom. Massage is very beneficial throughout pregnancy and after to help the body heal faster.
Labor Support $600 for 2 pregnancy massages plus 6 hours of labor support.
